How Does Autism Therapy Work?

As you begin your ABA therapy experience, you and your family will have an initial meeting with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). During this meeting, you’ll gain valuable insights into your loved one’s strengths and challenges, laying the foundation for a customized intervention plan.
Following this, your autism therapist will create a personalized intervention strategy with the aim of assisting your child in acquiring and maintaining crucial skills that will significantly improve your family’s daily life.
This strategy places a strong emphasis on skill development, enabling our ABA behavioral therapists to guide your child toward greater independence while effectively addressing challenging behaviors.
