3.16.20 COVID-19 Update – Bay Area

In response to the bay area shelter in place order for San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda counties, our centers will be closed starting tomorrow, Tuesday March 17th until Tuesday April 7th, 2020.

Although our centers are closing, the state has allowed medical services to continue. We know that ABA treatment is critical to you and your child so that they can maintain skills learned, and importantly, continue to make progress. Thus, it is our goal to switch all center-based sessions to home sessions during the shelter in place order. TBH schedulers and clinical staff will be reaching out to you in the next 24 hours to determine a home-based schedule to support you and your family during this critical time and to schedule telehealth services. The BCBAs involved in your case may be able to provide Telehealth Services. They will coordinate this delivery with you in conjunction with home-based services provided by your therapy team as possible.
